Redeeming for business
To redeem your funds as a non-customer, we need to conduct a comprehensive identification process. This will involve:
1. Providing Know Your Customer (KYC) information such as your legal name, address, notarized documents, etc.
2. Supplying proof of the source of funds.
3. Ensuring your bank account can receive USD for USDC redemptions and EUR for EURC redemptions.
4. Withdrawing all funds within 7 days. After this period, your account will be closed.
